Competition Info:   

• The first event will be the 5K, then the 10K, and then the 20K with the 40K. The 20K and 40K will be a combined race and scores will be recorded when racers finish the 20K and will be allowed to finish the distance for the 40K.

• There will be a timing system

• Awards will be presented for 1st through 3rd place for each event within each age division.

• Helmets are mandatory and must conform to USA Triathlon regulations.

• All cycling events will be conducted in accordance with U.S. Cycling Federation (USCF) rules, except as modified herein.
